    Maybe the simple answer is the best.

    LIT may be selling some LPD shares to pay the $45,ooo (approx.) cash deposit for the contract to purchase the new cathode/recycling business in Queensland. Many investors (including myself) sell shares because they see another opportunity. Why get a loan, when you can make a deal with a small amount of cash and some shares issued ?

    LIT found a good opportunity with some established facilities that could help plans move faster towards commercialisation. It is one of several sites LIT was discussing to move towards processing lithium and other metals.
