They are'nt Gosh. That is just SER diluting their shareholding in another company in which they hold shares but didn't participate in a recent placement so their overall holding was diluted and they have to put out an announcement as they are a major shareholder... Its all good. A bit like Ionic, SER are along for the ride but don't have enough spare cash to participate in placements at the moment. Hopefully soon
