Talk of allowing Artisanal on mining sites. Are they trying to formalise that activity? Seems unlikely they will ever be seeing royalties from Artisanal. Maybe overlook it to avoid a coup.
And removing tax incentives.
No doubt more royalties and hope they do not expect bigger free carry as well as bigger royalties.
Ought to be making a motza from the recent oil/gas disc.
