I was in attendance a last November's AGM. The fortuous happenings with the ground having Conglomerate potential was actually a statement by the MD. He specifically, laughingly, stated the ground was chosen for its Li prospectivity.
As to the Chopper only access., that's undisputed at this interval. It will change, but there's ground disturbance hurdles, POW's etc., to contend with initially before any access roads can be implemented.
