"Tranche 1 of the Placement now completed raising $728,000 via the issue of 112,000,000 shares issued at 0.65 cents per share. • Firm commitments received for Tranche 2 of the Placement to raise a further $872,000 via the issue of 134,153,846 shares, to be issued subject to shareholder approval, at 0.65 cents per share. • A Notice of Meeting for a meeting of NAE shareholders to be held on 26 July 2018 will be dispatched today to approve; ◦ The issue of shares for Tranche 2 of the Placement, ◦ The issue of shares to CPS Capital for payment in full of their broker fee for the Placement, ◦ Refreshment of the Company’s placement capacity. • NAE will fund its £332,000 share of the Redmoor 2018 Phase 1 Drilling Programme costs and retain its 50% ownership in Cornwall Resources Limited."
