Mature post, albeit somewhat misunderstood.
As I am likely in your firing line, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that I did go to the ATM, and I DID address with management at the time.
I would dearly love to flog my current share holding and buy at so called discount levels, however I unfortunately own a largeish parcel of which selling out now means not only a monstrous capital loss, but also yet another opportunity cost.
All primarily because of the lack of communication about directives from the company, since the AGM, plus the ever diminishing bank balance being eroded by inflationary pressures.
The market has priced this company in the mid 20's, even though the EPS has apparently grown, compared to the SP.
The market is very rarely wrong, so it would be apparent that the lack of confidence is in those in the driver's seats.
Once the confidence is restored, then maybe the SP will move.
The only driver for SP rises prior were tin prices, but even with strong growth in these prices since last year's fall, we see next to no stabilisation of the SP currently.
The only hope at present is that if the SP bounces from here, then we have a higher low.
As the peak period for the market is this month before the selling season resumes, and won't restart until the end of the year, partnered by strong broker speak of recessionary headwinds, it looks difficult to see much of a positive move, any time soon.
As management can clearly see weakness in the price action, why are they not doing trade shows and trade media?
If you happily accept 700k the a year for a few days in the office then do some f*ing work while you are there.
Help OP move their shares into a stronger register.
At present, I cannot see any brokers or fund managers touching this, as their clients will crucify them went looking at the charts.
Anyway, let's see what happens. It is Easter Sunday tomorrow , so let's hope for a miracle...
