If you're going to make a claim of "strong position', may be a good idea
if you expand on that view, and show where the strength is.
Because at the moment all that is happening is that NME is
accumulating a massive debt that will be hard to clear and with
a CR not even in sight things are going to get worse, especially
if creditors start asking of some dollars.
And if their submissions to the T O panel are any indication,
the submission to the courts don't bear much credence.
