must offer more and announce mre, also must present to both shareholders value adding path forward, at the moment I can’t see mct management doing anything useful to add shareholder value other than trying to score runs against nme bod
nme shareholders have better incentive to stay put with nme
imo nme shareholders will approve cr going forward and mct rampers argument is nme has debt to bod, well mct raises to pay salaries too nme opted not to raise for salaries so it does not dilute
