Delaying is the tactic here and engaging an expert that NME won't cooperate with will stall the TO bid for a month or more.
That suits NME and $50k is small beer to them
Meanwhile MCT holders will get more and more frustrated.
MCTs TO bid is destroying both companies.
In time SH attention will turn to the reckless management that initiated it. Should be an interesting AGM
