I gust put forward legal possibilities based on the fact that the panel
has accused the NME BoD of making misleading statements to
the Panel and SHs. The consequences of this sort of submission
could be misconstrued as something more sinister, and if ASIC viewed
this as such it could be very interesting and troubling.
You have exhausted your arguments and are now accusing me
