I honestly think you are underestimating MIN's strategy. Just remember that whilst we were all high fiving on the NWE threads, the board set themselves up with the golden parachute of bonus performance shares ( where performance means $0.07 NWE being attained ). NWE board complete turn around only 14 days after emphatically rejecting MIN. No 2 or 3 way bidding war for NWE, only MIN. Robertson (ex-NWE) with her knowledge about everything MIN...... and so on..... I don't expect MIN to change any conditions, this is going to be a T/O of attrition and I hope NWE holders understand what lays ahead for them. It needn't be Berlin May 1945 for holders, you do have options to exit.
