Why would it be a joke ?
They grabed effective control of NWE and therefore the JV at a price that everybody on NWE's threads consider insulting and a steal but somehow it's a ridiculous and failed take over ?
Can't have it both ways mate.
It's clear you guys were expecting much more and it explains the saltiness and the invasion of NWE holders on MIN's threads, but reality doesn't care about your feelings, no one is coming to upbid an asset 92% owned by MIN.
