My argument is not to say Wilson or any other fund doing wrong. They are telling you how they will calculate but as a shareholder you need to understand that you shouldn't be paying fees for the principal you invest.
you should only pay fees on the earnings fund achieve at the end of financial year and if they fail to achieve any earning then they don't get performance bonus or management fees. simply get 50k pay check.
