It all hinges on that Bankan mining permit as everyone knows.
Happy with the size of the PDI holdings, no need for PRU to overplay their hand as their intentions are already abundantly clear to everyone. Still a pretty risky play in the meantime, but when you have you have the portfolio that PRU have, that allows them the luxury of making these plays.
