Don't understand why you were moderated. The bid is unconditional (except for the min 90%), however, CF1 need 90% the be able to compulsorily acquire the balance outstanding giving them 100%. Expect 90% will be the result achieved soon and therefore 100%.
A bit over $2.1 mil cash at the end of June22. There will be at least $1.8 mil left after costs (in particular legal advice). A good book of clients that is compatible with CF1 business plan.
Might just buy some more.
