It’s surprising that some people are surprised that shareholders are disgruntled at business performance and shareholder outcomes. Yes there has been progress and all the right things appear to happen however we are surely well behind expectations for global expansion and product development. The market agrees with this and has priced the company accordingly. Sales in UK appear to be stubbornly low according to app downloads after how many years? The hiring of a CEO for the US and then figuring out costs are important after a year trial run. Maybe if we halved MF’s salary package we could keep someone in the country to improve the rollout. No doubt MF knows what he is doing and has a vision but execution has been lacking and should be accountable for this.

I’m close to selling but the potential makes me hold. Could be an error.
