Sorry to ask a lazy question…but as it wasn’t as much in play here compared to previous takeovers I didn’t go through the doc with a fine tooth comb…

Is there rollover relief here? My in speccie DRM have a purchase date of 7/2/22 from memory so will we get GCT relief on any A1M we sell from 8/2/23? Assuming the SP is more than 1.3 x 39.4c or whatever the ATO ruling was on in speccie DRM?
