Yes it seems quite unusual if you wanted a holding in Astral that buying shares in MXR and converting them would be cheaper than paying 14c that buyers currently are.

The market has changed substantially over the years, seems to be very little interest in the arbitrage opportunity … thought the MXR sp would start to improve as Astral increased their holdings.
