I was actually watching the action this afternoon on the back of that announcement and someone was happy to absorb all of that supply (see chart below), they certainly weren't prop bids getting pulled as soon as the bid was sold into. More than a couple of million shares were happily absorbed between 9.8c-10c, you don't go buying that sort of quantity of shares if you believe a CR is imminent. Testing the base of a descending triangle here, indicators (stochastics/RSI) very oversold here and would expect to see a bounce also.
