It takes a tremendous amount of thrust for a rocket to break free from gravity trying to pull it back to earth. This stock is gathering thrust but we aren't quite there yet. Phase 2b is going to give us that extra thrust we need to break free and go into orbit. Compassionate use approval would prob do it too. We've waited this long I intend to finish the marathon.
