    From today's announcement:

    "There was a change in the interests of the substantial holder on 31/08/2020"

    Company announcement "Section 708A Notice and Appendix 2A" to ASX dated 31 August 2020:

    "The company hereby confirms that ... On 31 August 2020 it has issued 128,110,565 fully paid ordinary shares ... to professional and sophisticated investors in relation to Placement announced on 26 August 2020".
