I think that before the end of this week AGO will have more then 50% of the GIR shares and will call the offer uncondtional.
We will see then the last 40% or so being transfered to AGO in the following weeks.
After the closing period of 28 February, when more then 90% of all GIR shares are in the posession of AGO, AGO will start compulsary proceedings to mob up the rest.
And that will be the end of GIR and a new beginning for its shareholders.
