I know I would, especially if the reverse has the equal and opposite force on the SP given operational performance has picked up since.

An intangible statutory loss isn't the same as a tangible statutory write off. one can be subjectively destroyed/repaired by a thorough market valuation, the other needs physical destruction/construction.

That being said, I wouldn't do anything about until the awards settled and that would still pend on the outcome.
