license value may not get revised upward, however star vegas can be sold and buyer willing to pay more for because of trading improvement... these factors will lead higher share price.
as for the arbitration in cambodia, donaco is looking at a win or at worst case, a draw.
same with singapore, 80% win with 20% chance of a draw.
things are heading in the right direction and share price should follow soon.
