What are the chances for SBM with ALK holding a 19.99% stake and strong board endorsement?
I used to think SBM would be interested, but if they were they would have acted before now IMO.
10c might seems a little low, but if it’s in ALK script and they can fund a decent chunk of the development (they have $70mill odd in cash/gold and are profitable) it would be well worth holding onto the shares of the combined company with a $1bill +/- MC. ALK could unlock the value in GMD. Just a thought.
