    It is highly unlikely APE will make a takeover offer for AHG at the moment as they are spending millions of dollars on building new dealerships at BNE Auto Mall. Also the share price does not have a takeover premium to it trading at 9 year lows. But don't discount a takeover offer from another dealer group as I have said before you only need 50.01%
