Unless they know that there is no partnering deal for LOXL2. Arix paid .325 per share for the placement. Must have lost the faith to sell at these prices. Unfortunately the share price will not increase leading up to the announcement. Over promise & under deliver. I shutter to think what will happen if they don't get this FDA approval.
