BCN bought heavily into CSD back when Daryl Harris was running the BCN show. At the time the CSD SP was circa 5c and shot up to 30c+ off the back of their strong investment and the tin price at the time. Shortly after BCN had a restructure off the back of some disgruntled shareholders and Daryl left. From memory BCN sold a bunch of shares back at that time but kept some - don't quote me on that last bit. It was a while ago...

Daryl was key to investing in CSD. He saw it as severely undervalued and wanted a long term hold even at 30c. BCN didn't sell into the spike.

I see this sell and substantial notice as a move to plug some short term cashflow issue - $80K is nothing. If they are looking to offload completely then yes it is very strange that they would offload at current SP...

Haven't followed the BCN story for ages so no idea what their current situation is.
