BKW had about 12%, they can buy up to 1% without notifying market (probably did that). Then if the 72 mill is them that is another around 3%. Probably then grabbing some more on market and be at 16/17%. If the deal is already done with senior management to take options that gets it to about 20%. All at around 4.5c
