I don't think so.
My hope is that when they do a capital raising, they get Weinerberger to buy close to the 15%. From here, the SP should keep climbing. If they can get the SP to 10 cents before letting WBR buy 15%, the 15% would equate to somewhere around $45m raised. This means that they can be fully funded for another 2 years and get some 110's built and start some real money coming in and some real contracts.
