this is probably a good thing, would like the see the US WAAS partner take a big chunk of FBR in CR as part of WAAS agreement.
If partner is CRH or another block maker that would be hard with BKW having 20%.
I think BKW just wanted optionality, they will be a part of any convo about FBR and getting 655 million shares @4C hopefully looks like a very good buy in 6 months.
FBR need a good US WAAS partner. Don’t think that is BKW. Maybe when Aus Hadrian comes back to Australia, BKW can set up WAAS on east coast
