My take....
The floods will have little impact on RES at this point in time. We have no coal AVAILABLE to sell at this moment.
If we were up and running and selling - then yes.
i think CBA were just making sure they retained the interest percentage they had in RES before the recent CAP raising (as they got diluted) - good sign - means they are confident in the Company and the future share price/income for the company and want a slice of it.
