I saw a blog entry recently (can't remember where) that said fund manager performance vs index index performance currently is at the highest correlation been in years.

and have a look around on the market in the last three days - they start 40-50pt up days but it's only the top 100 getting the volume.

mid caps (or anything outside the majors) is just drifting, and small selling, and lack of buying is just slowing knocking share prices

it's a complete lack of interest (for the last 3 months) that let's hope reverses (even if it's temporary) once Greece gets their re-structure done and dusted.
