    Semi Retired I couldn't agree more. This has been a wonderful investment and just keeps getting better. With EPS at 42cps, dividends at 20cps, a NTA at 5.60 odd and management that can focus on the business instead of refinancing in my opinion it has the capacity to go a lot higher.
