it is consolidating.
cba should put a floor under the sp which is a great start.
the sell down in mining services has been devastating for the whole sector. they now need to focus on govt infrastructure which will begin ramping up & is their immediate future.
the middlemount contract provides outstanding cashflows for a company of this size. hopefully a positive outcome with samsung will see all net debt wiped out and a clean slate from which to grow.
it is almost a start up all over again but they own $100 million + of equipment.
i wouldnt be surprised to see a company like DOW size this up for a takeover. some of NRW's completed work is testament to their quality and the fact they are 1 or 3 left standing for the $2 billion perth airport rail link (leaving the likes of LLC in their wake) is further evidence that this is a legit company.
patience should be rewarded for those buying at or near these levels imho.
