Unfortunately Capral just isn't sexy enough to attract the M & D investors (No mention of lithium, cobalt or gold ), however I'm tempted to top up as 28 Cents looks achievable in the next swing higher. Looks like a solid company (I fondly remember its factory at Tarren Point - Sydney) .
Daily chart: Looks to have completed basing out and ready to swing higher IMO.
