liverman - I think you might be getting confused with the RE sale to EQT Holdings - as far as I can tell this is the first news of the SMSF admin sale.
Does anyone have any idea of how much revenue OVH have been generating from SMSF admin?
If they sold it for any more than a couple of m$ then surely this would be relevant enough for an ASX release.
Would appear as though someone forgot to submit some paperwork to the ASX.
