    If you look at all the trades at 10.03am yesterday, they total 28,208,411. This equates to 19.99% of DMX - the max anyone can acquire before s611 / takeover regs come into play.

    So yes, CVC sold, but someone has taken a 20% holding, presumably to control for a back door listing.

    Trading halt at the momemt most likely to re-organise directors then sign HOA prior to 15 August.

    The TPI stake of approx 31m was picked up, pretty much equally, by each of WAM Capital, CVC and Rocket Science.
