If there was any serious interest in that block potential buyers would likely contact the board to try and arrange an off market sale. One has to question how desperate they are....a bid for the lot at .004 may win them over, who knows, otherwise it's a long slog offloading 27m shares. You would want to be sure the company has turned the corner prior to making a bid
