    Even though they amended the timetable to 8 Febuary Management are working towards securing the Congo Mining permit by 18th December 2012,

    "Sundance to use best endeavours to procure that Congo mining permit is secured by 18 December 2012"

    They were originally working towards the 18th Dec 2012 deadline before the recent extension so this would be a good chrissy present for all if we didnt secure it....i think it is a given that we will receive it, the only question is when we will receive it.
