IMHO, the balance of the debate thus far points to this transaction going through.

Why have they not pulled out? They have had plenty of opportunity. Dealing with multiple bureaucracies is a nightmare and bankers are not much better. The total transaction is a big one, so it is understandable they would be a little cautious.

Be greedy when others are fearful. But not too greedy, I am going to averaging down a just a little bit and still keep some cash for this position as February is a fair way off.
