In the announcement on the latest CR it said that DGO would contribute $500,000 of the $5.0 million being raised, although it needed shareholder approval via an EGM (presumably because the rest of the shareholders didn't get the same offer).
So maybe that means DGO gets the chance to put in the cash retrospectively, once it has been voted on in the EGM. However, there's no guarantee they'll get it voted through and presumably they might not even make the investment if the share price is down on the CR price?
