at an EGM a few weeks ago. DGO now have a 10% blocking stake but aren't big enough to take over DEG by themselves. Hence we shareholders have some assurance we can ride DEG all the way up and not be taken out for a song. Since the placement was organised before the share price explosion it would have sent a bad message to not approve the placement to DGO.
