Plext, with the most recent conversion a week ago, there is now $1.54m remaining on the convertible note. At the current conversion price (0.09c) that will need another 1.8b shares issued to cover it, which will put total shares at 12b
I saw the massive dump this morning.. not sure what to make of it, but it doesnt look good. Almost 2b shares dumped into 0.1c (19% of total shares) cant be good news.. You would have to expect it would take a substantial holder to offload that much so maybe stand by for a sub holder notice?
