    As I was suggesting yesterday, we might end up with a more JV-type arrangement.

    Also, I wonder if the takeover panel kicks up a stink regarding the directors share sales, the easiest resolution to any possible legal complications might be for DLS would be to trump Magnum's bid (thereby removing any conflict of interest concerns, after the fact).
