I think DRX will encounter major setbacks trying to develop around the defined wetlands and waterways in the northern area.

There may be portions of the "resource needed to be sterilized and a buffer zoned as being an area of high ecological significance (HES).
According to the EIR several of these areas exist. So given I can't see where DRX mention them at all I can only assume this would require a review of total asset resource figures, general conceptual layout and major impacts on fixed plant installation and mobile plant movements around the lease.

All this equates to more time and more funds IMO.
