Has anyone had trouble accepting the offer online today? I couldn't accept on the 'participate' button as would not allow.

I rang the t/o phone line at Automic and was told MLM is to be compulsorily acquired and is no longer available for acceptance - stating my shares will be taken under this process and therefore there is no need to do anything.

Automic have blocked any further acceptances on this basis even though the offer currently is still open until the end of Tuesday 23 July, being tomorrow!

The person I spoke to seemed to be confusing the fact the offer is unconditional, stating as such the takeover is now going ahead regardless (which it is for those that accept), with compulsory acquisition - which has not been declared yet given 90% has not been reached.

This is ridiculous. The offer is still open (until tomorrow) and Automic now won't permit MLM shareholders to accept! Now I have to waste time trying to sort it all out.
