So basically had a chat with broker and the gist of it is they could go 'unconditional' now if they wanted to, howeverASIC like to tick their own boxes first.
So the likely options are to either wait until ASIC give the go ahead, or they get to 90% which basically makes it automatically unconditional (and ofc compulsory acquisition).
I'm hoping the 90% will happen first.
