The other point to consider is that they had several properties to choose from. But they chose Block 103. They did this because there was a point of difference. A big point of difference. Firstly the quality of the resource (there is little delicious elements) . Secondly the terrain (some of the other properties were in swamp country) and thirdly access to rail etc Some properties had considerable distance to the rail.
I spoke to PB on this matter and he systematically showed why Block 103 stood out from the rest. At this last AGM Jeremy peters explained how the deposit formed and how it was an oddball in formation.
