So have u already recieved evn sharesm mate if so u r laughing to the bank as that offer values evn shares at 1 dollar. The evn price will appreciate greater than pxg. However as u say no one could have foreseen the events regarding extension. My issue is if u take the offer now, can u clarify that any revised offer will flow through to you or other partcipants? If so what if evn doesnt act and then a month after a revised offer for takeover. Obviously it will exclude you other acceptors.
